SENATE BILL NO. 83 "An Act relating to the protection of                                                                        
vulnerable adults and residents of long term care facilities" was read                                                          
the second time.                                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
Senator Wilson, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                
adoption of the Health and Social Services Committee Substitute                                                                 
offered on page 682. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her                                                                
objection. There being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL                                                                 
NO. 83(HSS) was adopted.                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                             
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                                             
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
